Harmonia Living warrants the following: Frames (Aluminum, Steel, Teak): 3 Years on structural integrity of furniture frames in normal use. Components like foot glides or hardware are not considered part of the frame and may wear with use. This warranty excludes finish changes due to weather or use. Woven Rope & Sling Materials: 5 Years on breakage or significant deterioration of Batyline slings, vinyl straps, and woven polymer rope materials. Cushion Construction (Seams & Zippers): 1 Year on manufacturing defects in cushion sewing, such as seam slippage or zipper failure. Outdoor Fabrics (Cushion Covers & Upholstery): 5 Years on fading or disintegration of solution-dyed acrylic fabrics under normal exposure. Outdoor Cushion Foam Inserts: 1 Year on loss of resiliency beyond normal softening of high-density outdoor foam.
