We've made shopping easy with all purchases over $49 ship free to your home. Anything under $49 ships at one low price of $6.95. Learn more about our range of shipping and delivery options, and choose the method that's best for you.
We use UPS or FedEx for smaller items, and larger items go freight. With freight, the items will not be unpacked or assembled. We recommended having two people to help.
A two-man team will transport your order during a pre-scheduled appointment timeframe. They'll bring your items directly to your accessible area of choice. No packing or assembly will be done.
We'll send a specialized white glove delivery service to ship your order on a pre-scheduled date. This shipping option allows you to pay for custom delivery services with charges determined based on your needs.
Need more time? We'll delay the production or delivery of your items as needed. This enables you to buy items during sales periods, or to ensure it is available when you need it without the risk of it becoming out of stock.
NO lift-gate fee and NO self-hauling of items off the truck!
Curbside Delivery offers our best value, this service level ensures your items will be professionally unloaded from the truck and delivered straight to your home. This service includes a convenient delivery appointment set directly with the carrier, along with a 4-hour delivery window.
Area of Choice Delivery affords you the luxury of having skilled professionals unload your heavy items from the truck and place them directly in the accessible area of your choosing.
Area of Choice is a convenient, affordable option for large, heavy, or hard-to-maneuver items. Removal of packaging is not included at this level of service.
White Glove Delivery provides everything you could want and more when it comes to convenience. In addition to unloading, hauling, and placing the item in your desired accessible location, additional services such as unboxing, packaging removal, and limited item setup can be included as well.
This shipping option allows you to pay for custom services, with charges varying based on services performed. Contact us anytime for a free quote. White Glove is the gold standard for those who appreciate the ease of a professional helping hand.
Our freight carriers will do their best to get your items to your desired accessible area, but they do have some minimal requirements:
- The street of access is at least 10 feet wide and the overhead clearance is at least 14 feet
- A street with no vehicle weight restrictions
- A street with commercial truck access to enter and exit
- A paved or concrete street that is not a gravel or dirt road
For White Glove Delivery & Area of Choice Delivery the following also applies:
- Stairways, doorways, hallways & turns be at least 36 inches wide
- A limit of two flights of stairs, up to 15 steps each
- Any existing grills, outdoor kitchens, and other items be moved by the delivery recipient
An accessible area means there are no steps, a standard-length driveway, no sharp turns, no narrow or gravel driveways, and no other physical obstacles that would make it difficult to deliver the freight or cause any potential damage. If any of these situations are present, if you live in a gated community or condominium, or if your street is smaller than the limitations above, an additional handing charge may apply to meet your needs. Freight deliveries require that someone be present during the delivery and are made during standard business hours, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. The delivery agent will call in advance to schedule your delivery appointment on a mutually agreeable date and time, generally within a 4-hour time window.
Once your order is ready to ship, you'll be sent an email with your shipping information. Any missed appointments or other delivery issues that are not the fault of the freight carrier may incur additional fees and will be charged to your account.
Not all items may qualify for our Free Shipping or flat rate shipping of $6.95. Grillio.com reserves the right to choose delivery type (parcel or freight), carrier, and service level of each shipment shipped via standard shipping. In the event of freight shipments, standard shipping includes curb-side delivery and lift gate service. If special considerations are required for curb-side delivery (ex: hard to reach areas, areas without enough easy access, etc. ), these special considerations will incur an additional fee and are not included in standard shipping.
We will gladly ship to both Alaska and Hawaii; however additional shipping charges will apply.
Good news! All our products are available to ship to Canada with a small shipping charge.

All international orders are subject to any import duties and taxes assessed by local governments and are due upon delivery.
