The BSTRD ceramic cooker features a lifetime warranty on production and manufacturing defects of the ceramic dome (lid), the ceramic base (bottom), the fire basket (fire box) and the inside ring (fire ring). The plate setter comes with a warranty of 2 years on production and manufacturer’s defects. This concerns both the stainless steel frame and the ceramic stone. Wooden parts such as the side tables and handle, and the dome thermometer come with a warranty of 1 year on production and manufacturing defects. The parts of metal, stainless steel and cast iron of the BSTRD kamado (such as the metal straps, the underframe, the hinge, top cap, grille and ventilation) come with a warranty of 5 years, on production and manufacturer’s defects.
