This unique grill features five independent cooking areas, including the main height-adjustable cooking grate, a griddle, a height-adjustable secondary grate and a clamp grill. S-shaped meat hooks facilitate slow cooking and smoking of ingredients. There are fire bricks that help distribute heat throughout the unit to extend the life of the grill. It is fashioned entirely out of 304 stainless steel that is resistant to rust and corrosion.
