PGS warrants against any defects in parts for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase with original purchase receipt. Purchaser assumes all risk in the assembly and operation of this appliance. This warranty does not cover improper assembly or improper hook-up, damages due to weather conditions or lack of proper maintenance and cleaning, shipping or freight damage, or damages caused by abuse, accidents, acts of nature, vandalism, or alteration.
