Perlick warrants to the original purchaser of every new Perlick refrigerated unit, the cabinet and all parts thereof, to be free from defects in material or workmanship under normal and proper use and maintenance as specified by Perlick and upon proper installation and start-up in accordance with the Use & Care Guide supplied with each Perlick unit. Perlick's obligation under this warranty is limited to a period of six (6) years from the date of original installation or seventy-five (75) months after shipment date from Perlick, whichever occurs first.
