Description
The 30-inch Lion electric warming drawer is made with quality 16-gauge 304 stainless steel and has a full-size handle, providing a convenient way to keep foods warm and ready to serve without overcooking dishes. This CSA-certified food-safe drawer includes 5 removable stainless steel buffet pans with lids for organized and sanitary storage of foods. The control panel features a variable temperature control knob, a power switch, and two indicator lights for power and warming status. Two vents allow for adjustments to internal humidity, so you can keep foods crispy or seal in moisture. This 120 volt unit includes four 1.7 liter buffet pans with lids and one larger 3.9 liter buffet pan with lid.
