It can reach temperatures above 550 degrees Fahrenheit, giving you the perfect heat level for searing. It eliminates hot and cold zones with the cooking grates and the heating element touching each other. It also boasts concealed electric elements that prevent flareups. The lid and the grill grates can both be removed and washed in the dishwasher.
