This unit can reach temperatures of 550 degrees Fahrenheit in as little as seven minutes to provide the perfect sear. Due to the heating element directly touching the grill grates, there are no hot or cold zones. A disposable drip tray and a dishwasher safe grill grate make it easy to clean up between uses. It is fashioned out of high quality 304 stainless steel that is resistant to rust or corrosion.
