This countertop griddle comes with an inset 564 square inches of space on the griddle plate to cook, providing windproof, wall-to-wall heating to prevent cold spots. It comes with a warming rack as well. There are six zones with three burners, letting you cook various foods at the temperatures you prefer. In the back of the unit is a grease management system that makes it easy to clean up the griddle between each use.
